Welcome to meko.pk. Customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
The item must be returned with its original packaging and all accessories (if applicable).
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Used or damaged products.
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless received damaged or defective).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number along with clear photos or a video of the product so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or by bank transfer, depending on the payment method used.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), meko.pk will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may request a return after receiving the order, subject to this policy.
