Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

Major Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across most cities in Pakistan, subject to courier service availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where available).

Failed Delivery

If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate when placing your order. meko.pk is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Damaged Parcel

If your parcel appears damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours and provide clear photos or a video so we can investigate and assist you.
